Value for money: We got so much more than what we paid for at this hidden gem of a hotel. Room: The generously sized rooms and super comfy bed made our stay extra cozy. Staff: The friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home.

Breakfast offerings: It would have been even better if there was a kettle in the room for my early morning cuppa.

The pool, jacuzzi's, sauna, steam room & games room were fantastic. The room was spacious with good soundproofing. Breakfast was fresh and staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location for ski lift. Highly recommended.

We were thrilled with the perfect location of this hotel. Situated right on the main street, it was convenient to have all the restaurants just a few steps away. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony with a view of the ski slopes. The pool area was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its really good location and cute atmosphere.

Not one thing.

I chose this hotel for a business meeting as it is conveniently located near the Morzine Tourist Office. The staff were friendly and the facilities, including the pool and play rooms, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use.

One thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room.

Great location in the heart of the village, close to shops, lifts, and all amenities. The hotel had a wonderful spa with a pool, jacuzzi, and various other facilities. The room was cozy and comfortable, with nice touches like a coffee machine and a mini bar.

The hotel staff seemed to prioritize French guests over others, which made us feel like second-class citizens. Booking dinner was a hassle, and the food service was slow.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect - just a few steps away from the ski lift and right in the heart of the town. It couldn’t have been more convenient for our ski trip. Secondly, the room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a king size bed and a set of bunk beds for my family of three. The separate toilet and bathroom were a nice touch too. Lastly, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their attention to detail and excellent service truly made our stay memorable.

Amazing xmas getaway in the mountains! Easily accessible location from the ski lift, local amenities and ski hire shop. the great balcony view and private car park were a big plus. the pool and jacuzzi were exceptional. Such a cozy and friendly atmosphere made it feel like home.

The noise at night can be a bit intense, be sure to grab rooms facing the slopes rather than ones facing main streets. no restaurant at the hotel but you can get wonderful patisseries at nearby shops.

Convenient central location, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with separate toilet and bathroom, superb spa facilities and swimming pool, friendly and helpful reception staff, option to have a kitchen in the room.
